I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulty setting boundaries, depression, relationship or family challenges, and complexities around racial identity. My approach is tailored to your unique lived experience, drawing from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Together, we’ll work toward greater self-acceptance and practical ways to think, feel, and act in alignment with your values. Healing is rarely linear—but every step forward is meaningful. Let’s take that first step together.
