When home feels tense and your mind won’t slow down

• Silent dinners—everyone on their phones and walking on eggshells.
• Arguments loop without resolution; date nights feel like chores.
• You’re up at 2am replaying work or parenting moments.
• Headaches, tight chest, or stomach knots from constant stress.
• Teens shutting down; younger kids melting down more often.
• ADHD chaos—missed details, disorganization, time slipping away.
• Past trauma surfacing as nightmares, jumpiness, or avoidance.

Landscape

Imagine a steadier home and a quieter mind

• Conversations feel easier; problem‑solving replaces blame.
• Date nights are fun again; small moments feel warm.
• Your teen actually hangs out after dinner—by choice.
• Mornings are calmer; kids can self‑soothe more often.
• Sleep returns; fewer headaches and body tension.
• ADHD has a plan—tools that finally stick.
• You feel present, not stuck in the past.
