We use PI and PHI to:
• Provide psychotherapy and related health services.
• Coordinate and monitor your care.
• Schedule appointments and send reminders.

• Maintain clinical and financial records in line with PHIPA and CRPO.
• Conduct internal quality assurance.

Your information is confidential, except when disclosure is required by law, such as:
• Risk of harm to yourself or others.
• Suspected harm or neglect of a child or vulnerable person.

In such cases, we share only the minimum necessary information.
We offer secure video sessions through Jane and may use email or SMS for scheduling. While we use encryption and security measures, electronic communication carries some inherent risks, which you accept by choosing these services.

We keep clinical records for at least 10 years from your last appointment (or from your 18th birthday if you were a minor), as required by law. After this period, records are securely destroyed or anonymized.
